ERP Analyst

Ikano bank is looking for an ERP Analyst to join our Central Finance Team and take on the responsibilities and ownership of our ERP system (Navision) and associated processes, guidelines and instructions. This position is based in Lund and will report to the Head of Accounting.


Key Responsibilities
- Owner of the ERP-system (Navision) and associated processes, guidelines and instructions.
- Drive improvements in the ERP and integrated systems (including associated routines and processes) according to regulatory and business requirements.
- Act as liaison between Finance and IT to agree on user requirement scope, delivery and service levels.
- Ensure that sufficient internal controls are set up in the ERP-system and integrated systems.
- Manage and execute business related and accounting master data changes in the ERP-system and other integrated systems.
- Manage/participate in projects for implementation of new or improved business system/product solutions (NPAP).



Required skills and qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience from working within accounting and controlling, preferably in an international company within the financial services sector.
- Very good knowledge of and interest in ERP systems and processes (experience from Navision is considered a merit)
- Experience in project management, system management and solution design.
- Understanding business issues in a financial context.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, proactive, engaged and driven.
- Fluent in English and a Nordic language ? both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team and within Ikano values of sense and simplicity.
