The role:
As a result of our hypergrowth we are now looking to strengthen our organization with an Insurance and Escalation Specialist. You will play an important role in our efforts to maintain and increase customer satisfaction. A role with many point of contacts where you will be the link between internal stakeholders, customers and external parties such as insurance companies. In other words, a very wide role were there are a lot of opportunities to have a great impact on how we work today and in the future.

What you'll do
- Monitor, analyze, investigate and inform about changes in laws, insurance contracts and case law.
- Monitor and describe the changes that are taking place in Swedish society, legislation, agreements and what consequences it has for Svea Solar.
- Initiate and take lead in necessary changes in insurance terms and conditions.
- Initiate and take lead in necessary changes related to our processes and way of working which may have an impact on our insurance and major customer escalations.
- Work with strategic and proactive external business intelligence monitoring and regularly present the findings to key stakeholders.
- Take ownership of our most complex customer escalations.
- Negotiating with our customers for best possible outcome.
- Supporting our organization around the country with expertise and guidance in your field.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and be responsible for the successful outcomes of our major customer escalations.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Build great and continuously updated knowledge of company products and services.


Who you are:
To succeed in the role as escalation and insurance specialist we believe you are great at stakeholder management and have the power to manage several projects at once. As a person you are customer oriented with highly developed empathic skills who has the ability to understand the customers needs and worries. Above that you are a true problem solver who possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor of law, economics or social science, or otherwise obtained equivalent experience.
- Excellent understanding of and experience with change management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Swedish driver's license B
