EU wireless solution designer

Key Words: Solution design Responsibilities: From R&D aspect, working for the competitiveness of our SingleRAN solution in Europe. Working with and supporting Tier 1 operators in Europe, optimize the commercial operation scenarios and requirements for customers and improve solutions of our wireless products. Participate in project solution plan and in specified subject, clarify with customers in Delivery and Developing stage. Qualifications Required: The competences needed are: RAN sharing Security Backhaul O&M across different RATs Radio scenario analysis GSM RRM algorithm or GSM radio performance Having experience working with wireless operators, or RAN level system design More than 10 years experience in wireless and telecom area. Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Additional skills required: Fluent speaking and writing in English. Good communications and presentation skills. The ability to communicate and work in multi-cultural team environment.
