Vi söker Solution Architect:
The key role of a Solutions Architect is help sell Evalueserve services to clients, thereby increasing revenue for the company. Successful candidate will need to have an excellent understanding of Evalueserve's capabilities and processes to be able to design and sell services to its clients . Through a very good understanding of the client problems and Evalueserve's value proposition, identify use cases that currently are client pain points. As a Solution Architect, candidate will need to illustrate these use cases using Evalueserve "Mind + Machine" solutions to differentiate the framework and approach to make the use case effective and efficient . Communicate directly with senior stakeholders on projects and show innovation and problem solving skills in all elements of work . Work with global clients and project teams across geographies and travel to client locations as and when required . Build the repeatable processes and institutionalize knowledge to train delivery teams on skills needed for successful project execution . Provide the content lead on projects involving strong functional expertise and domain knowledge
Kvalifikationer:
High comfort with large structured and unstructured research projects . Minimum 5 years' experience in managing research teams . Trained on Evalueserve Process and Research methodology . Knowledge of ICT domain . Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time . Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Access packages . Excellent soft skills, articulation skills, listening skills, team-playing skills and interpersonal skills . Ability to analyze and synthesize the available data and bring out value-added insights to the client . Strong experience in project management and in managing large multi-cultural teams across geographies
