About the role:

We are seeking a creative and innovative Event Specialist to join our client's marketing team and help them create exceptional experiences for customers and teams located across the globe. They are looking for a seasoned professional who can effectively lead projects, inspire people and leave a lasting impression on those who engage with the client brand. Working alongside marketing and communication experts you will develop event strategies, processes and manage budgets effectively.

The Event Specialist will be responsible for organizing and leading all external events and tradeshows, ensuring they align with business objectives. This will also involve taking ownership of creative content, where you contribute as well as manage external partners. You will also coordinate the internal company gatherings and initiatives to build team engagement and relationships in a company that uses a remote workplace model. Lastly, you will enhance the in-office experience as well as the employer branding experience through collaborating with HR and the operations manager.

In summary you will:

Lead and organize all external events, and tradeshows with responsibility for the full

event-related budget
Create structure and processes around how you do events and tradeshows successfully
Together with the commercial product & marketing leaders, ensure the event strategy always delivers according to business objectives
Coordinate and develop the experience for all internal gatherings to build engagement in the remote worplace

Ideal candidate: 

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and who can operate independently as well as part of a team. You must possess excellent communication skills and be a creative problem solver with a structured approach to planning. Ability to work with both big and tight budgets while having a problem-solving mindset is a must.

Have 3+ years of organizing and leading B2B events and tradeshows
Experience working with creative and office software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Asana, and Office
Skillful in creating pitches and driving creative processes
Excellent project management skills
You like mixing operational and strategic work.
English on a native speaker level (spoken and written)
