We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant within our Supply Chain Collaborative Network.
The group’s supply chain consists of Group Production, Global Logistics, Business Units & Portfolio Brands Production, Supply Chain Strategy & Design, Quality Strategy & Compliance, Global Trade & Customs and Brand Services and going forward, Supply chain performance Steering.
Job Description
In the role as Executive Assistant you will provide support in the day to day operations. The role is broad, ranging from administrative tasks to planning and coordinating meetings and events.
Your responsibilities will include:
To give administrative support to the managers within Supply Chain and other key stakeholders
Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation and lodgings
Manage and maintain schedules and emails; optimizing time and proactive planning
Prepare meetings, agendas, keeping records and following up on action points
Produce and review presentation material
Organize external and internal meetings and events

Qualifications
Your profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Previous executive support experience or other equivalent experience
Strong administration and organizational skills
Clear communication skills
Good initiative, time and workload management
Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Strong attention to detail with a high focus on quality in your work
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism are essential

Additional information
This is a full-time temporary position. You will be based in the Head office in Stockholm and report to the Head of Controlling Supply Chain.
