Your role as Executive Management Assistant

As the Executive Management Assistant you will work in close collaboration with the Managing Director and with the entire Management Team of Mercedes-Benz Stockholm.
This position involves handling diverse tasks incl. project management whereby you will be given the opportunity to work both strategic and operational.
You main assignment will be:
- Project management ? leading and coordinating project work, establishing project teams and organizing project meetings, whilst ensuring proper project documentation and follow-up on implementation of project results
- Facilitate and co-ordinate local Management Team meetings including preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, action log etc.
- Quality Management ? assist with the documentation and implementation of relevant sales- and service processes, including continuous improvement processes in all business units
- Internal communication ? assist the Managing Director and local Management Team with internal communications, presentations and reports
- General support to Managing Director and local Management Team - schedule meetings, co-ordination of training activities, travel, events etc.


Your background and competence

We expect you to have minimum three years experience from similar positions and experience from the automotive environment is a plus.
You probably have a MBA or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Management Organization.
Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required in this position. Knowledge of German is a plus.
You have excellent skills in project management and MS office applications. It is desirable if you are have knowledge in business development and ISO quality management or auditor training.


Personal characteristics

You need to be analytical and have excellent communication skills. You have a structured and organized way of working and you are pro-active and have a high level of engagement.
You possess multi-tasking skills and have the ability to work with many different topics at the same time. You are very driven, goal oriented and do not settle until all the details are in place. To deliver a good result is very important to you. It is also important that you have a personality that is constructive, pleasant and extroverted.
