Avancos Scandinavia AB is now looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your own business as an independent search consultant with the support and leadership of experienced professionals in a truly international business environment.

You will ideally have a solid successful track record within sales or recruitment with a well developed network of key stakeholders and decision makers that will support your business growth.

You are committed to delivering services at the highest levels and have a demonstrable track record of client management and delivery and be dedicated to building long term business relationships.

You must be driven and passionate about sales and have plenty of business savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a strong determination for success. You will possess excellent communication skills and have a positive ?can do? attitude. Qualifications and Experience:
- Several years experience within recruitment/service industry or sales with a preference of experience within Executive Search
- Experience building and maintaining long term client relationships
- Proven track record of acquiring new business
