Experienced Accountant - TMF Sweden

TMF is an independent global outsourcing provider with its headquarters located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.The organisation provides outsourcing solutions for a wide range of accounting & administration services to international clients.TMF has a strong track record of growth and now operates out of 86 offices in 65 countries.We are looking currently to recruit an accountant to TMF Sweden in Stockholm.The required qualification and skills are as follows: - University degree in accounting; - 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting of small and medium size companies covering the entire accounting cycle (bookkeeping, reporting and tax compliance); - Very good PC knowledge and experience with Excel and accounting software; - Fluent in Swedish and English; - Action oriented / initiative; - Attention to detail. The accountant shall report to the accounting manager and the responsibilities of the position are the following: - Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the incoming accounting documents from allocated clients; - Booking of all journal entries based on the received accounting documents into the accounting software system; - Prepare breakdowns of the account balances and present the output accounting information for review by the senior accountant; - Work closely with the senior accountant and assist in the preparation of the output accounting reports (management reports or Sweden GAAP reports); - Meeting the deadlines established by the accountant/senior accountant for the allocated client; - Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues; meeting the established deadlines.
