Since the start in February 2012, the company has grown rapidly and today we employ more than 200 experienced engineers with an average OEM experience of more than 15 years. We specialise in complex assignments and offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles.


Position description

To our office in Trollhättan, we are looking for CAE Engineers who prefer being part of a vehicle development organization, rather than just belonging to a CAE team. At LeanNova we work close together over different areas of expertise, to create excellent deliveries to our customers. Our aim is always to work inhouse in cross functional teams with turnkey projects. We focus on CAE driven development and as a CAE engineer you will play a central role in development and validation.

We now look for CAE Engineers with experience from vehicle development. All FEM and CFD-based disciplines are of interest. Experience from complete vehicle simulations within safety, NVH, and aerodynamics, as well as system development regarding durability and NVH for body, chassis, interior and thermal, is needed. You should have a good feeling for relevant structural requirements for different systems, and knowledge in regulations for different markets. You should be able to work independently and set up new loadcases without any template or guideline.


Skills & Requirements
- At least M.Sc degree in Mechanical, Structural or Physics Engineering
- Work experience from CAE engineering in vehicle development
- Expertise within simulation in one or more domains e.g. Fatigue, Structural analysis, NVH, Safety
- Experience from using a number of different simulation softwares
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
