Zindos is on a mission to make our everyday life easier by using technology and Dexterity is going to help them. Our mission is to make homes happier—whether it's giving people back time to do things at home they love, or providing opportunities for others that support their homes.


Dina arbetsuppgifter

This is a uniqe opportunity to take on the role as THE Project Leader for Zindos. We are looking for an entrepreneur. It is a very well funded startup and you will be the foundation of Zindos product development. You will be responsible for continuously improving and optimizing the Zindos service. You will find and attract fantastic developers and you will guide them in their development of the Zindos app.

Apart from leading the development of the app, the role also involves working with suppliers, establishing contacts with partners and collaborating with stakeholders. You will set up and develop routines for necessary background check of partners, legal papers and you can clearly see what needs to be done and when.


Din profil

-You are very well experienced within sales and you have the ”Do It Yourself” mentality as a true entrepreneur.
-You have 5+ years of relevant work experience, and a degree within computer engineering or economics.
-You can project lead a group of SW developers
-You know what issues a start-up company faces in development and production
-You are hands-on (not strategic) when you verify technical specifications and assumptions.
-To fit into our team we think you are between 28-35 years old and you love fast paced environments.

You love to face problems along the road because they make you wiser. You often think that if something is worth doing it's worth doing well. You love to inspire your colleagues with your “do-power” and to-do lists. Most importantly, you want to build a company that can deliver Zindos mission to the world, and you want to ask people for help along the way.
