Propell Propell <br><br><p>Are you looking for an exciting and challenging position within a leading international supply chain software company?Then you might be the right person for this job!Syncron is looking for a driven person with the ambition of taking on new challenges as experienced project manager.<br> <br>Syncron is a supplier of complete solutions for optimizing and managing global supply chains - Easily.Syncron's solution is developed for global companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries.Syncron has offices across the globe.<br>For more information please visit www.syncron.com <br> <br>You will belong to our professional services organization and work as project manager for our largest and most complex projects.With your interest and experience in delivery methods you will also be involved in the internal methodology development.You will be implementing projects and be part of selling our projects together with our sales organization.</p><p>Among other tasks the role includes the following responsibilities:</p> Overall systems integration project management, planning and follow up in our customer implementation projects Leading project members from the Syncron professional services organization as well as customer employees Leading internal development work and coaching our project leaders to enhance our delivery methods and build an internal community of current and future project managers Leading our work to enhance our quality management system <p>We are looking for a person with:</p> More than 7 years of work experience from relevant tasks which we believe could be from working as a project manager in a systems integrator, software company, or in an in house IT-department Experience and knowledge of systems integration methodology Deep skills and experience of project management and leadership Experience from supply chain in the manufacturing industry and preferably from spare part management An analytical mind and interest in problem solving.You should also be driven, flexible, professional, independent, customer focused and outgoing.Previous experience from design and/or implementation of ERP systems or other applications is a plus.
