We are now looking for a experienced Scrum Master to an assignment in Stockholm.  You will work as a Scrum Master within a strong future industry. Our client is a world-wide leader in automotive technology. They design, manufacture and sell state-of-the-art software, hardware and systems.

Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master for this client you will work closely with the team to help them develop their embedded progamming skills, impement "Scrum way of thinking" and to make sure that the best practices are being used.   These are some of your responsibilities: 

• Take great personal responsibility in the deliveries and partly act as SPOC for the team towards product and operational management 
• Train, Mentor, Inspire and coach through action, both at a high conceptual level and at a pragmatic and practical level 
 • First hand experience in working with  embedded development.
 • Be able to document achievements and check written code.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person who is pragmatic and want to use your experience to help our client with their transformation rather than apply a specific method. You want to work with both team and management in supporting our transformation. We also belive that you are experienced in the agile method and ceremonies.  You speak English fluently. 

Experience
You have first hand experience in working as a Scrum Master and is comfortable in that type of role
