MF education Centre AB is a company that provide the education, trains and exercises for actors that working with handling different types of accident and within Emergency response operations in the field of hazardous substances at both a national and an international level. Our goal is that to develop our actors capacity for the handling of incidents involving CBRN agents and ensure that our participant actors possess an excellent capacity to prepare for and handle an emergency as well as manage and mitigate its consequences in various ways.
We train these actors to improve their ability to lead and make decisions within their respective areas of responsibility there is some of CBRN agents involved field (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear agents). Our courses are directed to Emergency response operations, Incident Command and industrial area. We work with the theoretical and practical part. Our courses have been designed in different levels in shape of exercise management, methodology, technical role-play assistance, evaluations and more.

We are looking for an additional member to our professional team. This person will be responsible for producing and performing different type of training sessions and consultation for our company and according to our customer?s request. For the right person this is an inspiring and challenging role working with our high achieving Professional team.


Your role:

You will be responsible for arranging and creative theoretical, exercises and training sessions. The training content is agreed in cooperation with the customer, based on their needs and expectations. As sessions are unique, it is important that you are able to take initiative and challenge the client to optimize their work. Your training objective is to give customers an in depth understanding of our goal and mission.

Skills and passion:

You are an ideal candidate if you have experience with working with people, working with different types of education in national and international level in both theoretical and practical part, you love customer interaction. You are a great communicator and presenter.
Other skills include:

at least 15 years of working experience
You have BSc in physical science
Be proactive, creative and positive as well as a natural team player
Be excellent in time management - multitask planning on short and long term assignments
Be structured and efficient in the daily tasks, and openly communicating with colleges to smoothly plan incoming client cases
Pedagogical skills
Must be able to travel about 70 days a year
we expect you to be fluent in English (written and spoken). Arabic and Kurdish languages is a plus since our clients are found all over the world.
