EXPORT MANAGER with a Global vision

SmellWell is the cool and effective innovation that we have all been waiting for - the cure for all types of smelly shoes and sporting equipment! The product is tastefully designed as two small pouches that looks, feels and smells fantastic! There is no reason to be embarrassed about smelly shoes anymore. Just place the pouches in your gear and the problem is solved - in a cool way!
We strive to make the world a less smelly place by introducing SmellWell to new markets. The launch on the Swedish market has been fantastic in a short time period and we have started our export journey. Now it's time to go global!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main task will be to develop existing and new export markets in accordance with our market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing strategic sales channels for selected markets and finding the right distributor for each channel. You will also drive each distributor towards set goals and to ensure growth and profitability.
You have strong communication skills and solid experience of dealing with customers at a high level. You are self-going and work independently but collaborate well with other resources in the team to create results.

- You have good knowledge in Excel
- You manage English well, both orally and in writing. Other language skills are an advantage but not a requirement

As a person you are positive, humble and "likeable". You are a good listener and love building relationships with both customers and colleagues.
