As our team is growing we are looking for new superstar facility manager in our Stockholm Hub.

We are looking for a self-disciplined and ambitious individual to oversee daily operations of our Hyper Island AB, Stockholm premises. The Facility Manager will perform and monitor maintenance of designated facilities and its furnishings and equipment; monitor facilities while in use and off hours; and ensure maintenance of detailed records as required.

Responsibilities & tasks

- First line support on issues concerning management of facilities.
- Inspects property by a daily walk through to ensure the property is properly maintained. Makes or suggests any actions needed for repair.
- Help Office Manager in granting and collecting access card and replacement charges from students directly.
- Maintains record of work completed or required for maintenance during regular business hours.
- Makes sure common areas (lecture halls, meeting rooms, reception area, bathrooms) are clean of garbage and debris.
- Support towards Programs (modules/events) such as preparing and clearing spaces, prep with necessary equipment and furnishing.
- Support towards Executive during events and Master Classes - Preparing and clearing spaces, prep with necessary equipment and furnishing.
- Clearing up lecture halls after events (setting up/taking down furniture, supplies, and equipment)
- First line support for broken or faulty equipment, facilities. Audio/video equipment, assess if it’s worth repairing or buying new.
- Repairs and assembles furniture for staff and students.
- Repairs or replaces equipment such as light bulbs, paper products, screens, batteries, coffee machines etc.- Re-stocking, cleaning.
- Safety and Security - Together with Office Manager - Observes safety and security procedures, determines appropriate action beyond guidelines, reports potentially unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properly.
- Ability to create/identify better processes/ways of doing things within the company.
- Able to handle some light technical support problems such as resetting network servers, fixing jammed printers, phones and computers

Experience & Competence

You have 3 years minimum experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills, in Swedish as well as in English.
