Field Sales Executive

Location: Borås, Ulricehamn, Varberg, Falkenberg, Halmstad.

As a Field Sales Executive you are responsible for promoting Western Union?s brand in an assigned territory while prospecting new agents, signing contracts and activating them.

The role reports directly to Senior Sales Manager. This is a field based position.

You will be accountable for:
- Prospection: You will visit a defined number of prospects each day on a constant and regular basis;

- Negotiation: You will propose a long term partnership to new agents;

- Signing contracts: You will sign contracts with agents and will collect all necessary documents needed to enroll the agent. You will provide all departments with the right information in due time (credit, sales support);

- Agent activation: You will ensure that agents are capable of being activated. You will support agents with software installation and training during the activation process being in constant contact with them through the activation process;

- Reporting: You will work together with the remote agent activation team and will report your activity according to the team?s rules.

Travel Required: 75%

Qualifications:
- Sales experience (door 2 door experience is an advantage);
- Proven track of hunter?s experience: ?knock the door and make things happen? attitude is desired;
- Fluent spoken English and Swedish languages;
- Excellent listening skills and are able to gain trust and confidence of customers.
