Finance and Automation Lead

Job Purpose and Impact
Finance and Automation Lead’s main function is to transform the overarching company strategy, into a long-range plan with the use of financial modeling, it forecasts operating and profitability performance and sets annual targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This position plays a key role in strategy formulation, collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders, and leads cross-functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies.
Key Accountabilities
· Develop and prioritize company-wide automation roadmap by effectively engaging with all other domain areas by defining and improving the methodology, framework, and governance models related to automation
· Effectively engage with stakeholders both in and outside of the data and technology organization to prioritize the automation roadmap and ensure on-time delivery and accurate forecasts
· Align and redefine business processes and identify additional improvement opportunities to enhance the Finance and Accounting functions
· Lead trials concerning new business initiatives, pilot programs, and regional rollouts; based on results, make, recommend, and implement adjustments and modifications
Operational Duties
· Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines
· Drive initiatives in the management team and organization that contribute to long-term operational excellence
Management Reporting
· Reports directly to C-level executives
