As Finance Business Partner you will be working alongside the Nordic Business and Application Services (BAS) business line and manage core financial activities including management accounting, shared services activities, support the business line and advice on the financial aspects of strategic and operational decision making to drive optimised business performance.

What you’ll do

Provide support to the Head of Business and Application Services (BAS) Nordics by interpreting results to drive performance improvement actions
Provide strategic insight based on industry, macro-economic trends and competitor dynamics and identify actions to improve financial returns
Provide rounded opinions and clear recommendations to challenge and influence all key operational and strategic decisions in Business and Application Services (BAS) in Nordics.
Regularly review and assess capacity management within the Business Line (e.g. resource, facilities, infrastructure utilization) to deliver optimum performance within BAS Nordics
Ensure that pricing models are reviewed regularly and remain market competitive for future bids
Advise on key business planning assumptions, trade-offs, risks and opportunities
Review and monitor BAS Nordics customer P&L and cash conversion cycle performance
Internal and external audits, full J-Sox and finance policy compliance
Bid review and financial recommendation for all BAS-led deals in Nordics
Support the extended use of globally standardized deal pricing and costing templates working with Global Delivery, Corporate Finance and other region finance teams
Work collaboratively with the EMEIA Finance Team in general and other Business Line Business Partners in particular
Who are you? We are looking for a senior professional with minimum 5-7 years of financial and commercial management experience. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and possess great analytical skills. As a successful financial professional you are able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

Financial management experience in an international organization
A track record of supporting business growth, continual cost reduction and cash generation
Clear understanding of the strategic and operational challenges from a financial standpoint
Knowledge of non-financial KPIs, e.g. utilization targets, timesheet discipline, interaction with business operations etc.
Good knowledge of the external market place
Strong leadership and influencing skills in multi-national business
Ability to lead a change agenda through his/her management team
Strong commercial acumen
Knowledge and application of decision-making tools and techniques
Ability to represent where appropriate for the Head of BAS Nordics
Fluency in English and Finnish, Danish or Swedish
