Description of employment
We are looking for Finance Director as a consultant to our client. The position is characterized by entrepreneurship, in a new challenging market that is experiencing a strong growth. The position is to act as hands-on CFO in one of the projects and as Business partner to the Project Director, responsible for all financial and commercial matters and actively driving project’s performance. To support you there is a senior project controller and a project controller as well in the project.

Personal skills
The job profile requires, except a bachelor degree in Finance/Economics, minimum 10 years successful experience in project management methodology and processes and understanding underlying business. Experience from offshore business is an advantage. You need to be detail-oriented team player with the ability to effectively adhere to strict deadlines.Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills required. You are also a skilled computer user, understanding required project tools. A good working knowledge of finance and accounting software (for example SAP) is needed . You need to be fluent in English, as this is our business language.
