Finance Manager for MCI Nordics

The Finance Manager at MCI Nordics will be responsible for the Back Office team, which consists of 1 senior accountant,1 account assistant and 1 HR & IT coordinator. The back office functions includes salary administration and payments and the responsibility for both the Copenhagen and Stockholm office. The Back Office team is located in the MCI Stockholm office at Drottninggatan.

 The Finance Manager should be:


Operationally minded for our business, to support the sales and operations team in upselling and increasing profitability on projects.
Responsible for internal and external reporting, budget, fiscal year and business KPIs
Manager for three persons in the Back Office Team
Member of the Management Team


Job Objective:


Manage and drive Back Office
Management of the company overhead Budget and Business Plan
Internal reporting; budget, business plan, forcast and business KPI
External legal reporting P and Balance Sheet
Involved in the profit maximisation of the office
Fundamental knowledge of Swedish Labor Law and Salary administation


Requirements for the role:


Management experience as Finance Manager
IFRS knowledge
Solid VAT experience
Business Skills
Master degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Experience from international companies
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
