Join our Customer Service Team!

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle customers questions regarding products, invoices and logistics. You communicate through e-mail, phone and chat. You will also translate marketing related material to Finnish, such as newsletters and texts to our homepage www.lenson.fi. You have?

- A passion for service and customer focus (hands-on experience from Customer Service or Telemarketing is a plus)
- The goal to exceed our customers? expectations every day
- A preference for working as part of a team, but the ability to work independently
- Great written and spoken communication skills
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Finnish (full professional proficiency in Swedish is a plus)
- Talent and ambition (as highly valued as your background)

- Full-time position placed in LensOn?s office in Kungsholmen, central Stockholm
