Manpower is recruiting for Norwood BIC Graphic, a Finnish speaking person for Customer Service and Sales Support. You will work at their office in Gothenburg. The position is full time and starting immediately.


Job Description

Working with Customer Service you will answer calls and emails from clients. You will provide information regarding products, prices and orders as well as dealing with delays and other issues that might occur.

You will monitor the following processes; order management – a daily follow up on data and stock control, in production – managing credit, stock, delays and modifications and the post order process – managing credit notes, shipping issues and complaint management.

You will work with sales support with for instance preparing and shipping marketing samples but also active calls to support marketing and sales actions towards distributors.


Who are you?

You have a few years of experience with customer support, administration or sales. Our requirements are fluent Finnish as well as English.

You have a good sense of what service means and can work independently. You are accurate, professional and add a good structure to your work. It is beneficial if you speak other European languages.
