The Helpdesk works with increasing customer satisfaction and improving service, by assisting the dealer with any type of logistical issues in case the dealer is not able to find the information or solve the problem himself and by informing dealers in a proactive way about disturbances in the supply chain. We are today in the helpdesk supporting the Scandinavian markets and will now increase our responsibility with supporting also the Finnish market. Therefore we are now looking for new finnish speaking colleagues to join us. Main responsibilities: Solve problems related to missing deliveries, transport delays and complaints Provide our customer, the dealer, information about estimated delivery time when spareparts are not in stock Entering special orders when necessary and monitoring them from order to delivery Support the development of the logistic set up by consistently building up structured logistical information Give immediate support to the dealers when implementing new policies, new routines Qualifications: Fluency in Finnish, English and Swedish is mandatory Customer focus with good communication skills Computer skills Experience in case logging system is considered a merit High school degree Working hours are adapted to customer needs and will be presented during the selection process.
