Finnish speaking Quality Assurance Assistant

We are now looking for a QA Assistant/ Associate for a consultant assignment positioned at a biotechnology company based in Stockholm. It is a full time assignment at 100% and starts by agreement.

The role
You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Acting as a quality-related interface with customers
• Ensuring that all product complaint data are captured, translated and entered into the Product Complaint Management System
• Training personnel on product complaint reporting etc.
• Managing temperature assessments
• Maintaining appropriate documentation records on product complaints, temperature assessments and training
• Managing non-conformances related to e.g. product complaints, temperature excursions and training

You will also support the International Quality department in other responsibilities related to the local Quality Management System.

Qualifications
• Scientific degree within the relevant area and/or equivalent work experience from Quality Assurance in a Pharmaceutical or Medical device development organization. An alternative is if you have a nursing degree and relevant work experience.
• Oral and written fluency in Finnish and English is a requirement as well as in one of the Nordic languages Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
