Finnish Technical Support Professional!

Stream International Nordic AB provides technical customer support in the Nordic area. Our customers are high technology companies that have chosen to outsource part of their enterprise. Stream International helps both private- and business customers with technical support. Our technical support will expand and therefore we are looking for persons that can speak Finnish and preferrably Swedish. As a Technical Support Professional you will be the link between Stream and our customers and became specialized on a certain product or a group of products! Your main tasks will be to log all questions from the customer, solve their problem, bring all new knowledge back to the team and together with your colleagues work towards certain stated goals. We can offer you! - A young and dynamic organization with an open working climate. - Three weeks extensive training in following subjects: - Client products such as desktops, Laptops, Peripherals, Wireless etc. - Customer handling skills - Troubleshooting training and PDM - Problem Diagnosis Methodology - Stream specific training - Stream Ownership Program - Opportunity to development and further education. Of course we also offer a bit fun outside of the working place! We have football tournaments, site parties, recognition programs etc. As a part of our wellness programme we offer an annual healthcare payment, good agreements with local gym's etc. Can you offer us? - Finnish, Swedish and English language skills (both written and spoken) - Comprehensive PC-knowledge and knowledge about 9x/2000/NT/XP. - Excellent social and communication skills and be flexible regarding your assignments and working hours. - Experience of customer service, preferably by phone and/or support. We offer a relocation compensation of 20.000SEK (split into three payments - after 3, 6 and 12 months employment). This compensation is only valid until September 31st, i.e. the start date must be before mentioned date.
