Tetra Pak is looking for a professional Fleet & Mobility Manager, who will be in charge of Tetra Pak’s 50+ million annual car spend. The Fleet & Mobility Manager will be responsible for both tactical and strategic fleet management and is expected to lead the Fleet category.
This position is ideally located in Lund but we are open to open to other locations in Europe.

A strategy built on Sustainability, Safety and Savings, defining Fleet Management
Full fleet transparency (vehicles, drivers, vendors, costs) in order to make the right strategic choices
A centralized fleet model that will steer, strategically and operationally, a global fleet (71 countries)
Looking into electrification as part of a strategy to reach our Net Zero ambitions by 2030
Innovation, which translates into

o Deployment of technology to manage car fleets
o Mobility to be considered as an alternative to car-as-a-default
What you will do
Deliver on program outcomes and secure implementation to secure key benefits identified including savings, safety and sustainability
Manage governance, procedures, escalations, improvements and innovation
Collaborate cross functionally
Secure and manage partner relations for fleet, mobility, lease, technology & services.
Secure user interface, data quality and analysis, order processing, reporting and control
Be on top of market trends

Who you are
We believe that you are a person with a lot of energy, strong drive for results and you’re analytical. You should also have excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this position we would like you to have minimum of 10 years of experience in the fleet industry with at least 5- years of experience either
- as a fleet manager at an international and intercontinental level
- working for a leasing company or a fleet management company in a global role
You are used to work in a corporate environment, dealing with stakeholders, preparing engagement decks, making business cases.
You understand the corporate structures and know proactively how to engage with the right stakeholders at the right time.
You have a proven track record in change management and leadership and preferably 3-5 years in a position as a manager. Experience from an international environment in Fleet & Mobility Management is crucial and knowledge of SAP WM / EWM & WCM tools is beneficial.
You hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree, for example in Supply Chain/ Logistics or have an equivalent solid business or technical educational background within fleet & mobility.
Business level English.
