Do you want to be our new Flow Leader?Total 280 employees work in Örebro.The division also have Product Companies in Garland Texas, Yokohama Japan, Nanjing and Zhangjakaou China and Nashik India.We have totally 1200 employees in the Division worldwide.The division develops, manufactures, and markets worldwide rock drilling equipment for various applications in civil engineering, quarries and open pit mines.The division focuses strongly on innovative product design and aftermarket support systems, which gives added customer value.Read more on www.atlascopco.com/sde Job description / Mission - We are now making changes in our production and will create a new flow and are looking for the new leader for this flow.This new Production line leader, called Flow leader, will lead the people working in the Functional Centre (FC), in Production Quality and in Arrival Inspection.As the Flow leader you will be the owner of the Functional Centre processes and Quality Assurance processes in the production and be responsible for managing the people and develop the quality work in the production.You will work to continuously lower Functional Centre lead time and find best test methods and tools for final testing and arrival inspection, always focusing on customer needs and demands.The position as Flow Leader will report to the Production manager. Experience requirements - We are looking for a person with good leadership skills, with production engineering experience and experience in continuously improvement and quality work.Knowledge / Educational requirements - You have a university degree in manufacturing engineering, quality or similar.You also speak and write English fluent.
