Clavister AB is a leading developer of high-performance IT/IP security. The products, based on unique technology, include carrier-class firewalls and VPN solutions. They have been awarded preferred choice by international press and are in use today by thousands of satisfied customers.

Clavister was founded 1997 in Sweden. Its headquarters is situated in Örnsköldsvik and is in a phase of international expansion. Clavister now needs to expand its Professional Service team with a skilled service engineer.

The position is based in Örnsköldsvik.

Job description
Clavister's Professional Service team is responsible for support, education, consultancy services as well as technical pre-sale. The work tasks are very varied and set high requirements on network and IT security expertise as well as service mind.

The role as a professional service engineer is to work primarily with support, education, consultancy and technical pre-sale.

Who are you?
. Ideally you have a relevant university degree and several years of experience working with TCP/IP based networks and network security.
. You have the ability to communicate knowledge and understand the customer?s needs
. You have thorough understanding and experience in TCP/IP-based network communications. Experience, knowledge and interest in the area of network security, firewalls and VPN products specifically, are a strong benefit.
. Possibility to travel internationally at occasions.
