Front of House Manager to Low & Slow Smokehouse

We are growing and with that so is our need for a great Front of House Manager. As our Front of House Manager you will have the main responsibility of our guest satisfaction, and you will be the glue that holds our concept together. This means maintaining and improving our guests’ experience in various areas. In your role you will be working Front of House and managing all our staff.

You will hire, train and schedule staff as well as maintaining existing routines and setting new routines. Initially you will create a staff handbook which will then be continuously updated.

You will also be responsible for developing our bar offer by introducing new drinks & concepts as well as keeping inventory and making orders.

Depending on your previous skills and your interest there is also a possibility to add an element of promotion & events to the role. In such case you will manage our monthly newsletter as well as organizing and administering events (ie trivia nights, caterings etc)

You will manage bookings, handle guest requests and be the first person to welcome anyone that steps inside our doors. You will also closely monitor all the guest feedback we receive and come with suggestions for improvements as well as implement improvements based on the feedback.


You have experience of working in an a la carte restaurant and you have had a role with added responsibility for a minimum of 1 year.
You are great at communicating and creating a good work atmosphere where teamwork is a key-word.
You have an interest in devolping drinks and other concepts that will make our guests' experience even better.
You want to be an important part in our future success.
