Frontend developer with great design skills

About the position 

Our client is an online marketing and communications agency focusing on content marketing, interaction design and 3D-production. They are now looking for a creative frontend developer with strong design skills to join their team at the central Göteborg office.

You will initially be employed by TNG and work as a consultant with our client company.

Skills and requirements

To be successful in this role you should be accustomed to working with Photoshop and Illustrator, which includes designing and creating own assets. You are adept at writing custom HTML5/CSS3/Javascript from scratch with responsive design in mind and should have experience in at least one CMS.

 

Preferably, you also:  

• Generally know how to write code that works with the web, using forms and REST APIs
• Understand the difference between GET/POST
• Have written production code in at least one object-oriented server language (PHP, ASP.NET)
• Are able to debug existing web pages using browser tools like Inspector, Firebug, Console, etc.

 

However, rather than extensive technical experience or education we are looking for the right person, someone who is creative and fast-thinking with a drive and willingness to learn and develop new techniques.
