General Manager, Fantasy Interactive Sweden

Fantasy Interactive (FI) is a leading Interactive design and development company with offices in Stockholm and New York.We provide companies worldwide with next generation Internet applications and designs.Our international clients include MTV, Time Warner Cable/Road Runner, AOL, Ford, and Microsoft.Fantasy Interactive has won numerous design and development awards for outstanding, high-quality work.This year we also won DI's Supergasell Award as the fastest growing company in Sweden.We are rising from a small to a middle-sized company and we are now looking for a General Manager to manage the team in our Stockholm office.Your role will be expanding the office in Stockholm, setting up stable managerial structures, creating and enforcing company policies as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of FI Sweden.You will manage a staff group of 30 (growing to possibly 60) people and be responsible for the success of the office in terms of budget and production goals.You will be a key member of the international management team.Experience within organizational development, corporate administration and business is required.Prior experience in managing a middle-sized business is merited.We want you to have: - a University diploma within Management/Business, or similar - 3-5 years of work experience within a professional leadership role - Excellent people skills - Experience with budgeting and management responsibilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Swedish and English We want you to be: - An inspiring coach and natural leader - Trustworthy - Professional - Business-minded - Meticulous The General Manager in Stockholm will lead a dedicated team of talented staff and be responsible for a young company which is at the front edge of development within the interactive design industry.Include salary expectations.
