The Collection Department?s primary goal is to find customer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables. In Stockholm, we are about 15 agents handling debt collection errands for the German market. As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to complement our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm.

Your mission is to drive our collection by finding the best possible way for customers to pay their debts, and by answering customer questions over phone, e-mail and other communication channels. Furthermore you have contact with authorities, lawyers and e-stores. As we work closely with our colleagues from customer service, your activities also include common customer service tasks.

You are an efficient, independent person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, sociable team members makes you tick. As you will talk a lot on the phone it is important that you are fast and secure in making the right decision and that you are not afraid to take own initiative. At Klarna we appreciate innovative people who actively contribute to the development of the department and the company. Ideally you already have some experience in customer service or debt collection and we expect you to be fluent in German and English. Extra language skills are a plus.

At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our debt collection department. You will be employed by one of Klarna?s subsidiary companies.
