About the company
Our customer is an international market leader within the area of Mobile Forensics, which indicates specialization regarding evidence security from mobile phones, computers and GPSes. The corporation engages in product development, production, marketing and solution sales within the area.

Work description
Our customer is searching for a Customer Success Agent, who will be working with License renewals towards Germany within the department of Customer service and Technical support. The Customer Success Agent will have own responsibility over the relationship with assigned clients, which include increasing adoption, ensuring retention and customer satisfaction.

The work will further involve the establishment of a strategic advisory relationship with assigned customers and clients. Additionally, the Customer Success Agent will be creating value for the corporation´s products and services by advocating customer needs with the help of other departments.

Requirements
We are searching for someone with approximately two years of similar experience as above described assignments and for someone who feels comfortable working with CRM-systems. It is a requirement to be able to fluently speak German since the customers, the communication and support will be towards Germany and the German Intelligence service.

The individual characteristics are essential for this role and it is important to be engaged, adaptable and eager to learn. Since the Customer Success Agent will be working in a team, the role requires good corporation abilities. However, at the same time it is important to be able to work independently and to multi-task. Furthermore, the Customer Success Agent should be service minded, with the will to help and serve the corporation´s customers.

Information and contact
The Customer Success Agent will be offered a diverse and exciting role in an international corporation specialized in Mobile Forensics. This is a consultant role and therefore temporary, with start as soon as possible and will continue approximately three months - with good chances of extension. The candidate will be employed by Jurek Rekrytering & Bemanning but will be based at the corporation´s headquarter in Stockholm.
