You will manage the life cycle of our engineered products and solutions, including their creation, phase out, and/or move to the standard assortment (i.e. go/warning/stop). Your responsibilities also include:
- Rationalizing the assortment within your defined area of responsibility
- Being a counterpart to global functions related to Product and Component Management, from Global Automotive to Engineered Products and Solutions, including the definition of solutions transitioning from Engineered Solution to the standard assortment

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree within a related field, or equivalent experience acquired elsewhere. You have at least five years of work experience and good knowledge about the industry, along with some insight into manufacturing and/or manufacturing design. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are prerequisite.

To be successful, you need a good set of general management skills; such as planning, organizing, controlling and leading, combined with the ability to motivate your co-workers and drive change. Furthermore, you should be positive at heart, and genuinely passionate about what you do.

We actively work to create a workplace that is characterized by diversity and inclusion.
