Our Global Compensation & Benefits Team within Human Resources is leading the way forward in Sandvik's ambition to build a level playing field for strong rewards, enabling us to attract and retain the talent needed to achieve our business objectives. We are now looking for a Global Benefits Coordinator to be part of a highly motivated team in a role with global reach, where you not only set a high standard for Sandvik, but also contribute in setting the industry standard. The location for this position is either Sandviken or the Stockholm area.

Key performance areas
As Global Benefits Coordinator, you are the Contract Manager for the global pension services contract, and take ownership of tools provided by vendors. You manage and administrate the agreements and coordinate the actuarial process, risk reporting, pension plans management and reporting to the Group Pension Committee (GPC) and global benefits management through multinational pooling of employee risk insurance. The position includes responsibility for adherence to Sandvik global pension procedures and monitoring policy compliance, particularly in certain key locations. You are the convener of the Pension Supervisory Board (PSB) and GPC and are responsible for coordination of presentation material. Furthermore, you administer Sandvik?s International Pension Plan, and you may in the future also run the administration of Sandvik?s Long-Term Incentive plan, for which you also provide support.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent knowledge, and at least five years' experience working in Pensions and Benefits. We expect you to be well acquainted with the MS Office suite, and as you are working in an international environment, your communication skills in English are excellent, both verbally and in writing.
