Overview
SCA is hiring 3 Global Digital Project Managers to lead the delivery of our digital initiatives and partner with business leads to contribute to the overall digital thinking. You will work closely with our lines of business, the SCA IT Organization, external agencies and various other implementation partners to deliver full lifecycle of digital projects. You will work from concept, through development and into production. You will deliver digital platform capabilities and services to help the SCA businesses achieve their marketing, sales and engagement goals. The solutions which you will develop will impact globally our brand sites, e-business, social media, mobile functionality and integration with internal systems.
You will be responsible for leading all of the usual Project Management duties; the overall project plan, the accurate scoping of the project, the day to day, long-term planning and execution of the initiatives. 
You will be part of the extended SCA Digital Team the stated mission of which is to “Help SCA accelerate its use of digital channels to engage, sell to and service the end consumer of our products. We will do this directly through brand communication, customer engagement and loyalty programs and, where relevant, our own online shops. Importantly we will do this together with our customers; using digital to make our products more successful for them.”
This role is part of the Global Hygiene Category and can be based in Ismaning, near Munich, Germany or Gothenburg, Sweden.
 



Main Tasks
Keep the Business sponsor, Steering Group and other stakeholders informed of project progress, issues, current and forecasted project cost and timeline and milestone estimates.
Ensure scalable and efficient solutions supporting both customer and internal connectivity
Be responsible for the planning and implementation of digital platform capabilities and services such as web sites, Web Content Management (CMS), e-business platforms (B2B Commerce, E-retailing etc.), PIM/DAM, Social, Mobile, eLoyalty and digital customer care solutions
Manage projects for digital initiatives using relevant delivery methods (Agile) 
Managing full life cycle digital projects including all involved internal (brand and marketing teams, sales, IT etc) and external parties (3rd party organisations such as agencies and consultancies)
Define project requirements to meet businesses strategic objectives, producing recommendations that reflect business drivers such as risk, cost and timescales.
Make recommendations to improve processes and working practices, and guarantee effective risk management of all digital development activities.
Facilitate the definition, idea generation and delivery of web products that link to marketing strategies and integrate digital approaches and creative design.
Assist in developing competitive digital capabilities across SCA and develop and disseminate digital best practice for SCA
Inspire the organization and create a sense of urgency around digital
Work closely with the Digital Transformation Team in defining the Roadmap for SCA’s end to end Digital Platform Capabilities

Key Competencies
8+ years of experience managing end to end system implementation/system integration projects
5+ years of experience in managing full lifecycle, multi-disciplinary (creative, business and technology) digital projects (CMS, eCommerce, Mobile etc.)
Hands on experience managing digital creative agencies and managing projects that develop digital creative concepts and designs (use research, customer journey’s, wireframes, site maps, content audits, content strategy etc.)
Ideally a consulting background from a web/digital agency or system integrator/IT consultant.
Experience in supporting business process development and transition to operations.
Detailed understanding of content management systems ideally SDL Tridion.
Experience in Agile Project delivery methods including off shore delivery models.
Previous exposure to working and communicating with a broad set of stakeholders.
Experience with business analysis techniques.
Expert understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Customer Journey concepts.
Fluent in English. Swedish or German would be an advantage
Ability to travel
