The division Parts and Service provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the distribution centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States

The Mission of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Booster - Specialist is to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of the Epiroc Road Map and Program to increase the female employees and female managers in 2020, with a ten-year vision of 50%-50%. Regarding Parts and Services division, the target is to increase 10% of service technicians in 2020. The position will report to Parts and Service Human Resources Vice President.

Specifics
The successful candidate will develop the cross-divisional program definition and lead the collaboration, rollout, analysis and follow-up efforts in People and Leadership Council. Providing a high emphasis on support and company-wide transparency to our teams in our Customer Centers, and at a strategic level with key Epiroc customers is a key deliverable.

The Global Diversity and Inclusion Booster - Specialist will be working in collaboration with Diversity Board, People and Leadership Council and Marketing Council.
Job description
In the role as Global Diversity and Inclusion Booster - Specialist, you will develop the Diversity Road Map for the Epiroc-Parts and Service division and develop a standardization of Epiroc diversity and the Inclusion process.
You work to promote the integration of the diversity and inclusion process with the Epiroc standard processor across organizations and coordinate cross-divisional collaboration.
To design and implement an aligned and powerful global communication strategy, and ensure that diversity topics are included in appropriate internal and external communication by developing strong internal networks and efficient communication processors with formal and informal channels throughout the company, in collaboration with our communications department.
Part of the role also involves the development and management of the dashboard KPI for diversity and inclusion projects, by developing and integrated data analysis (Power BI) and key metrics for making diversity initiatives and programs in HR systems and business strategies.
By benchmarking external integration and best practices for diversity, you will find new ways and ideas to develop diverse and inclusive cultures in our organizations
You will collaborate and build networks both internally with the Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition team and Epiroc University and also externally with government and educational institutions, NGOs, etc. This to develop innovative ideas and solutions for embedding diversity and to effectively embed diversity and inclusion practices into every aspect of the talent strategy and to enhance the ability to attract, select, retain, and promote a talented and diverse workforce.

As a person, you may have very good communication skills with colleagues at all levels, establishes, and maintain a high level of credibility.
We are looking for someone who enjoy change and innovation and collaborates effectively across the organization and transfer knowledge/learning at all levels.
As a leader, we want you to be inspirational and inclusive and have a high Customer focus and a strong analytical and problem solving capability.
To succeed in this role you also need to be Organized, able to handle complexity and multiple priorities. Manages time effectively and focuses on high priority opportunities.
Experience requirements
To succeed in this role we think that you need to have a high-level experience on Diversity Management in some kind of industry and a proven record of implementing and driving successfully diversity and inclusion turnaround.
We expect that you would have experience from project- and change management and Continuous Process Improvement experience.
We also think that you need to have experience managing and developing high performance teams, a high-level internal customer engagement experience, and a minimum 5 years of work experience.
Knowledge and Educational requirements
- Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working in organizational development
- Humanist Academic Training will be advantageous
- Master degree will be a plus
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.  Travel is required.
