Global Healthcare Compliance Manager to Pharmaceutical Company in Stockholm

We are now looking for a Global Healthcare Compliance Manager to work as a consultant at a pharmaceutical company in Stockholm that has experienced significant growth. The right candidate enjoys a global role that combines both strategic and operational components and effective cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners. The candidate has at least five years’ experience from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry and preferably as a Compliance Officer, and/or have gained healthcare compliance experience from roles in e.g. marketing or medical affairs. JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be working at our clients site in Solna and be a part of the company’s Legal Affairs team.

Your responsibilities include:
• Provide advice on Healthcare compliance to business stakeholders (marketing, sales, patient access, communications, medical affairs, R&D)
• Review /approval of Headquarter initiated activities (promotional materials, websites, Grants, Sponsorships, Adboards, social media etc.) from Compliance point of view
• Support Transparency specialist with regards to Transparency related questions from the business
• Update and maintenance of Global Policies/SOPs in Healthcare Compliance, provide training to business stakeholders (scope is Ethical codes/ Pharma marketing compliance such as EFPIA Code, LIF Ethical Rules etc.)
• Communication and follow up with Affiliates concerning local implementation of Healthcare Compliance Program/Policies etc.
• Establishment and roll-out of new Monitoring/Audit program, in cooperation with Chief Compliance Officer/Transparency Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

The right candidate fulfills the following qualifications:
- University degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent working experience in a relevant industry
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry within relevant areas preferably in Anti-corruption, Healthcare Compliance areas. Other merits include experience in Marketing/Sales and Medical Affairs/
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a business environment.

You have a high sense of responsibility and dependability and thrive in translating regulatory requirements and into workable plans that forward the company’s overall compliance objectives. Strong interpersonal skills are required to work effectively and establish/maintain effective working relationships with internal/external partners.

This position is a consultant assignment initially where the candidate will be employed by Poolia Life Science & Engineering. The position is full time assignment with fixed monthly salary. The assignment starts as soon as possible and covers the year 2019 initially.
