Job Description
As Polypetide´s Global IT Director you will provide strategic IT leadership and technical expertise to senior management engaged in the running and planning of the business operation. The Global IT Director ensures stable IT operations and solid alignment between IT services and long term business needs. As the IT Director you provide firm operational leadership within IT in PolyPeptide.
The position is located in Malmö, but your responsibility is global.

Responsibilities
-Lead the IT-department as a team through recently established IT Governance Roadmap.
-Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that IT solutions and services are addressing the business requirements.
-Through use of strong communication skills produce key messages, presentations and strategic documents to support awareness, interest and secure the buy-in for IT with stakeholders throughout the organization on all levels.
-Lead the development and maintenance of policies, standards and controls related to compliance and risk mitigation within IT.
-Facilitate the understanding of IT initiatives/projects and ensure decisions around budget, priority and management

Qualifications
-IT education (university or similar)
-8+ years´ experience of leading IT-staff in a medium sized company.
-Experience of working in an international environment
-Experience within the area of sourcing and vendor management
-ERP post implementation experience, preferably but not critical from MS Dynamics Ax 2012
-Background within the Pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
