Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co. Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-performance lithium-ion battery separator film and a strategic supplier to world’s top lithium-ion battery giants. Headquartered in the Chinese tech hub Shenzhen, the company has formed a manufacturing network of 4 production bases, strategically located in Shenzhen, Changzhou, and Hefei, China. The newly up running plant of wet-process base film and Gigafactory of coating in Changzhou are among those most-sophisticated and largest in the industry. The advanced R&D centre in Shenzhen along with research units in the US and Germany provide us strong capabilities of staying in the front of separator material and process development as well as close collaboration with lithium-ion battery cell manufacturers for specific solution. The company is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market and plans for further expansion both in China and internationally, to cope with the tremendous demand of EV battery in the years to come.
In response to the fast electrification of mobility, which is taking place around in Europe, Senior Material has established its European subsidiary, Senior Material (Europe) AB, in Eskilstuna. A large-scale manufacturing plant, which will be equipped with high-automated production lines of both wet-process base film and coating, has left the drawing table and will be realized in coming years. To this exciting project, we are inviting you to join our stellar team in Eskilstuna to build the first-ever factory of lithium-ion battery separator in Sweden. Role and Responsibilities:
§ As Global Key Account Manager you will be a crucial part of our global sales & marketing team, with a primary focus on the European market.
§ You will have a central role in developing trust relationships with our existing customers in Europe, by continuously meeting customers’ expectations.
§ You will actively work with identifying prospective new market growth opportunities to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the European market.
Background and Skills :
To be successful in this role, we want
§ you have a clear drive and significant sales experience in lithium-ion battery industry, preferably from lithium-ion battery material & component industries.
§ You must have good technical knowledge in the field of lithium-ion battery, to understand the customer's needs, challenges, and requirements.
§ You are a particularly good communicator with necessary language skills to build long lasting relationships in an international environment.
Personal Qualifications:
§ minimum bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, master's degree preferred.
§ minimum 3 years sales experience in B2B, especially in lithium-ion battery industry on global basis.
§ proven track record of sales and account management.
§ the ability to execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholders.
§ result oriented, customer focused.
§ team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team.
§ excellent communication skills – fluent English and Chinese required, Japanese or Korean preferred
