As Global Retail Supply Integration Manager you will ensure that there is a consistently high and stable availability, in the IKEA product range, for our customers at the lowest possible cost.

You create and constantly improve excellence in the area of retail Supply Integration, providing the preconditions for a highest possible customer perceived availability at lowest possible total logistics cost as part of a total commercial result.

You will secure that the retail supply integration teams in the countries have the best possible preconditions to create excellence in the areas of range administration, planning for availability, and replenishment of the stores. You will achieve this by using your knowledge of retail and your logistical expertise.
Together with commercial team and supplying partners, you drive the business development in your area, supporting and developing the main processes. In your matrix role, you are committed to the development of your matrix partners and others requiring your expertise and ensure that Retail Logistics has a living succession plan in place in the area of retail supply integration.

Is this your next challenge?
To be successful in this role you need to have:
Significant experience in a management position and experience and knowledge gained within Retail or Supply Chain.
A good track record in getting things done, with a desire to question current ways of working and solving problems.
The ability to work on strategic and tactical level, with an understanding of resulting operational consequences.
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
The ability to lead in a matrix organization

As a person you have the ability to use common sense and make objective decisions based on analysis of the information available. You have the ability to work through others, set priorities, inspire and give open and honest feedback. Furthermore you have the integrity and the capability to establish relationships based on trust and possessing the desire to learn from others. You can bring out the best in people, motivate and develop your area of responsibility and also have the capacity to identify and develop qualified people.
You like to lead and work with simple and effective methods and engage a receiver by creating a passion for your plans. You have developed social skills including a strong interest in people and the ability to show empathy in relationships with others.

As from 2015 our office re-locates to Malmö, Sweden from Helsingborg.
