YOUR MISSON
As a Global Sales Operations Representative, your mission will be to support and advise Benify’s Global salesforce throughout the buyer’s journey, with the main goal to increase sales results and productivity. You will, together with the rest of the team, form and execute the strategy of Global Sales Operations. One part of your work is to develop and implement internal best practices with external industry trends to shape sales strategies. You will also create business cases for Global clients, create and develop tools and material for the Global Salesforce and act as a sounding board during complex sales processes and advise how to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Examples of work tasks:

• Create Business Cases for large Global Clients, which include current situation analysis, gap analysis and ROI calculations
• Manage projects to a successful, on-time execution while partnering with multiple cross-functional teams
• Ensure that the Global Sales Team is equipped with content and material to manage deals

ARE YOU OUR NEXT BENIFYER?
To be successful in this position we believe that you:

• Have a BA or MA University degree in economics, marketing, engineering, communications or comparable field of study
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Maybe you have previously been working with Sales Operations or within a high pace management consultancy firm.
• You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. It´s a plus if you also speak Swedish.

As a person, you need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership for your projects and drive for success. You have excellent communications skills and are comfortable with conducting meetings and presentations for C-Level executives. You are a solutions-oriented doer who are socially outgoing and possess a reliable work ethic. Also, an outstanding ability to collaborate with others is crucial, since you will be working a lot with different departments internally.
