Join our team

The Parts & Services divisions SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) team are now looking for a new colleague to join the journey to further develop and improve the safety culture in Epiroc and drive our non-financial targets. The role is a wide-ranging and exciting job that gives access to a broad network of contacts at a workplace that prioritizes safety, health and sustainability. This position is temporary for 15 months.

Your mission

As the Global SHEQ Analyst, you play a significant role in achieving a sustainable operation, where our main targets are to be an injury-free workplace and to cut our CO2 emissions by 50%.

You do this through supporting decision-making processes by visualizing and communicating SHEQ targets and results, driving initiatives that improve safety and sustainability, and ensuring we have a well-functioning management system in place. You work closely with SHEQ contacts within the Parts & Services divisions’ administrative entities, following up on performance and progress, and sharing best practices.

You will actively support and drive the definition, development and implementation of processes, solutions, and best practices for the Parts & Services division (PSD) and other stakeholders, according to the PSD process framework. You play an integral part in the non-financial reporting and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as SHEQ-related projects.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Global SHEQ Manager of the Parts & Services division.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you are an open-minded and analytical person who is willing to work on a broad basis in the organization. You have great interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy interacting with colleagues on all levels. You have a curious mindset and are not afraid to challenge current ways of working.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in ECS reporting, process management, SHEQ area and/or Customer Center experience. For example, experience working with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio) will be a merit.

A strong level of English (verbal and written) is essential, as the role involves communicating with colleagues both locally and globally.

Life at Epiroc

You will be a part of a group of skilled, committed and helpful colleagues who live by our core values: Collaboration, Commitment and Innovation. We work in a global environment with over 113 different nationalities!

In addition to the fact that our culture is characterized by development combined with having a good balance between work and leisure, there are some things that make us a little extra proud to work at Epiroc:

•    Global career opportunities
•    Epiroc University, for your own competence development
•    Community involvement
•    Benefits package, which amongst other things includes flexible working hours and a bonus.

Location and travel

The location for this role is preferably Örebro, Sweden, but other locations in the proximity of Epiroc offices may be considered. Occasional travel might be required in this role.

The role can be performed in a hybrid way. It is a way of working that offers flexibility and allows for a better balance between work and private life, which also promotes well-being. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.
