About Graniten Trainee Programme
We want to target talented Graduates with a demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset who have the potential of becoming our future leaders.

This programme is an opportunity for you as a recent Graduate to gain practical experience and insight into the Graniten business world and to develop tools for your future career.

As a graduate at Graniten, you will have your home in the line organization at the same time as getting the chance to gain invaluable experience in different disciplines across Graniten. By working cross-functionally with external and internal projects, you have every opportunity to develop your professional, leadership and self-management skills. You will have a steep learning curve that will prepare you for a position in our marketing and sales team. As a future Key Account Manager, you will lead people and win businesses. In this position you will interface the customer and manage all aspects of a business and a contract.

Working in the sales and market department, you will be part of a fast-paced, international environment that operates both on the long-term and short-term, and relates to many aspects of our business.

You are also assigned a mentor, who supports you throughout your time as a graduate.

We are looking for recent Graduates:
- With a Master’s Degree or equivalent within engineering, finance or business.
- With a demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
- With international and cross-cultural experience.
- With full proficiency in English and preferably one more language.
