The Role and Our Philosophy

As our grill expert you will manage the grill station and be able to properly prep for service and keep the required production pace, as required by the supervisors. You will also work on other stations and work day and night shifts. As a part of the job you will also handle inventory and make sure to always deliver food of the highest quality. As for all kitchen-staff you have a responsibility to maintain a good level of hygiene, health and safety.

And what about you?
We are looking for you with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar á la carte position in a high-level restaurant. If you’ve worked in a hotel that is meritorious. You have a strong interest and experience in working with the grill. You take responsibility for your own work, can be trusted to work alone and you enjoy structure. You can communicate in Swedish and/or English.

You are a team player who thrives in a high-pace kitchen operation, making exceptionally high quality food. You have an out-going personality who has an easy way of communicating with colleagues and high energy.

Mandatory for the position:

• Can freely communicate in English
• Have at least 3 years of experience
• Used to work alone and in team
