Group Customer Quality Engineer

About the company

ROL Ergo AB is recruiting a Group Customer Quality Engineer/technician to our headquarter in Jönköping, Sweden.
ROL Ergo is a highly entrepreneurial and solution driven company, and we are now looking for a candidate who enjoy the challenge of working as a customer group quality engineer/ technician. The role will mainly focus on solving and tracking customer quality, this is a role where you will need to be able to multitask and work in close cooperation with other departments and companies within our group. You will report directly to the Group Head of Quality, and have a dotted line communication to our sales department.


Job description

The role’s main tasks would include the following:
• Be in charge of professional customer support and the handling of customer complaints
• Perform internal audits and participate in customer audits
• Implement process audits in order to validate and verify
• Plan and carry out quality assurance processes within the group
• Monitor and report on the status of improvement activities and CPI
The job will also include other duties that are within the profession of a quality engineer/technician.



Your profile

You are a positive and outgoing person, with a proactive approach and a professional ability to create and maintain good relationships with internal and external contacts. You are motivated by solving problems and using your creativity to find the right methods and ways of working to ensure the right quality. ROL ERGO is an international company so you might require to travel on short notice. We believe that in finding the right candidate, your personal qualities with be of great importance.

To succeed in the role of a group of customer quality engineer/technician, we expect that you have:
• At least 3 years of work experience from a similar role in a manufacturing company
• Experience and knowledge of quality tools (8D, PPAP, FMEA)
• Experience and knowledge regarding audit work
• Very good knowledge of both spoken and written in Swedish and English other Baltic languages are a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

It would be very advantageous if you have a degree in engineering and previous experience working with an ERP-system, especially IFS.
