Group Financial Controller

Poolia is recruiting a Group Financial Controller to a client in the Malmö/Lund region.

The position is full-time. Preferably, you could start within three months.

Arbetsuppgifter

You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment.

The Group Financial Controller will take care of analysis, reporting and consolidation of all affiliates belonging to group (approximately 20 legal entities). It will also be responsible for the accounting and reporting of parent company.

The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for:

-Accounting and reporting group financial procedures
-Budget and forecasting
-Monthly accounting and reporting for the parent company in the group
-Monthly analysis, reporting and consolidation
-Responsible for audit in the group
-Participation in improvements and projects

The position will report to the CFO and will manage an accountant as direct report. It will also coordinate activities with the financial service center. The Group Financial Controller will have direct contact with all affiliates finance directors globally.


Utbildning/erfarenhet

You probably have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Controlling. You could also have gained the experience from former positions.

We believe you have at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.

You have excellent skills in Excel. It is an advantage if you have experience of ERP-systems and databases.

Fluency in speaking and writing English and in Swedish is a prerequisite for the position. You also have strong communication skills and problem solving ability.

In order to be successful in the position we believe you are analytical, structured, business oriented and goal-oriented with an international mindset. You are also thorough and have a high attention to details. It also important that you are able to work cross-functionally.
