Group Financial Controller

Job description
Atlas Copco Group Controlling and Accounting department at Atlas Copco Group Center is responsible for the Group reporting. We are now seeking to fill the position of a Group Financial Controller within the Group Accounting team. The position is based in Stockholm and reports to the Manager Group Accounting.

As Group Financial Controller, you are participating in the consolidation process and will be responsible to secure high quality in the reporting and consolidation within deadlines, support operational and legal entities in accounting and reporting issues and participate in the Group's interim and annual report preparation.Together with the team you will drive continuous improvement of routines, systems and processes within the financial reporting of the Group. You will also be expected to engage in external financial reporting and participate in various corporate projects and ad hoc activities needing Financial Control and Accounting inputs.

The person in this position will have good opportunities to get a further deep understanding of group accounting and at the same time be involved in many different areas of the Group's activities, providing a good platform for a continued career in the finance and controlling function within the Group.


Knowledge/ Experience requirements
You should have minimum 3 - 5 years of practical experience in group accounting/consolidation working in a multi-national company/currency environment.

Educational requirements
You should have a degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
You should have an excellent knowledge in PC-applications, MS Office etc.


Personality requirements
You should have a service minded approach and be able to work both independently as well as in team. You should also be able to work well under pressure.
