Unit/Department Description:
Husqvarna Group is the world's largest producer of outdoor power products including robotic lawn mowers, garden tractors, chainsaws and trimmers. The Husqvarna Legal Affairs Function is divided into four units: Legal, Group Risk Management, Environmental Affairs and Intellectual Property. Group Risk Management is responsible for enterprise risk management, security, property loss prevention, claims handling, health & safety, crisis management, information security, business continuity management and insurance procurement in¬cluding management of Husqvarna's captive insurance companies.


Position/Job Description:
To strengthen business resilience and ability to manage risk of loss related to property, marine/cargo and critical business operations Husqvarna is to expand the Group Risk Management unit with a Group Loss Prevention Associate. The candidate for this position will work in a fast-paced and ever-changing global business environment and must have a deep understanding and interest in the business and the strategies of the Husqvarna Group, combined with previous experience of security and loss prevention.


It is crucial that the candidate is self-motivated and possesses a relentless drive to follow-up and achieve completion of loss prevention Action Plans. The candidate must be able to work cooperatively and effectively with all levels of personnel at site locations; effective at influencing individuals to accomplish loss prevention objectives without directly supervising these individuals.


The position will be based in Huskvarna (Sweden).


Essential Duties:

. Work closely with Husqvarna operations world-wide to develop property loss prevention action plans, assist with implementation and follow-up on completion status.
. Maintaining a database of recommendations, action plans and completion status.
. Develop and report security and loss prevention KPIs as part of a Group Risk Management scorecard.
. Develop and conduct training to increase security and loss prevention awareness.
. Coordinate and support 3rd party property- and cargo risk engineer site visits.
. Assist with formulation, implementation and follow up on incident- , crisis- and continuity management procedures. Conduct table-top exercises to enhance the ability of the business to handle a crisis.
. Maintain security and loss prevention information, training aids, templates, procedures and other useful information on the Group intranet site.
. Other projects as assigned.


Qualifications (Education and Experience):

Education

. Higher education, preferably in the field of Risk Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering or Security Management.



Experience

. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with qualified property loss prevention
. Fluency in written and spoken English
. Project management skills
. Previous working experience and knowledge of Business Continuity
